AGE REQUIREMENTS
Dogs must be at least 4 months old.
DAYCARE
a) Our daycare is a cage-free environment where social dogs are allowed to play in supervised play-groups. This environment is not for every dog! In the interest of safety we cannot grant facility access to dogs we deem too aggressive for our daycare environment.
b) To be accepted into our daycare:

1. Parents must schedule a Temperament Test for first time guests.
2. Temperament Tests are conducted by appointment only and can be scheduled any weekday. There is a $10 non-refundable fee and the duration may be up to an hour.
3. Dog must display adequate socialization on Temperament Test and be deemed "Safe For Free-Play".
4. Parents who have used our services before may simply complete a Reservation Request Form.
5. Dog must be at least 4 months old.
6. Dog must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months old.
7. Dogs' vaccinations must be current to include: Distemper, Parvo, Bordatella.
c) Daycare is offered Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm.
d) Check-in for daycare is from 7am-9am and Check-out is from 4pm-7pm. Dogs
picked up after 7pm will be considered overnight guests and charged the
standard open boarding rate of $35 for that evening.
e) Daycare play-groups are limited by size. Parents are encouraged to make their reservations well in advance to ensure space. "Walk-ins" are highly discouraged.
f) We request that cancellations be made at least 24-hours prior to scheduled check-in. This provides us enough time to safely staff the play-groups. If a cancellation occurs within the 24-hour period prior to check-in, the parent will be charged a cancellation fee of $22. No-shows will be charged a missed appointment fee of $26.
BOARDING
Lobby hours are strictly: Monday to Friday, 7am – 7pmSaturday, 9am – 5pm
We cannot accommodate check-ins and check-outs outside of Lobby hours.
a) To ensure space availability we recommend that reservations be made well in advance of desired boarding dates.
b) Reservations can only be guaranteed with a one-night deposit made via credit card at the time of booking. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made at least 3 days before scheduled check-in.
c) We offer a family discount to parents of multiple dogs. Dogs from the same family may stay in the same suite if requested.
d) Overnight guests must be evaluated prior to their first day of stay. They are automatically enrolled in our daycare at no extra charge.
e) Our facility is staffed 24 hours for attending to the safety and comfort of our overnight guests.
We cannot accommodate check-ins and check-outs outside of Lobby hours.
VACCINATION
All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations before being admitted to our facility:
- Rabies
- Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza and Paravirus (DHPP)
- Parvo
- Bordatella
If vaccinations are administered in preparation for a facility visit or stay, they must be given at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment. Individual circumstances may be considered with written documentation from a veterinarian.
HEALTH
a) All dogs admitted to our facility must be in good general health.
b) Dogs should not have had or been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within the 30 day period prior to their Temperament Test and/or check-in.
c) We advise against boarding dogs with terminal illnesses or those in advanced stages of disease.
d) Dogs with fleas, parasites, vomiting, coughing, gagging, sneezing or diarrhea may not be admitted.
FOOD
a) We feed our guests only the highest quality dry foods. We do not serve canned food.
b)
You may choose to provide your own food at no additional charge. Please ensure that each meal is prepared in a separate plastic baggie and labeled by meal and dog's first & last name.
MEDICATIONS
a) We will administer oral and topical medications on a case-by-case basis. Medication requirements will be discussed in detail during the Temperament Test process and reiterated at the time of check-in. Staffing constraints may prohibit acceptance of dogs with complex medication regimens.
b) All medications shall be provided by the parent and clearly labeled with written instructions including: medication name, dog's name, dosage and administration frequency.
c) We do not administer injections.
d) Guests requiring special care (e.g. special handling, bandage changes, splint changes, hand feeding, walking assistance, etc.) are admitted on a case-by-case basis.
OUR OFF-LEASH ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to providing a safe, controlled, open, off-leash environment where dogs can socialize and have fun. Play groups are segregated according to size and play-styles, with constant supervision by staff. Much like children who share a classroom, even under constant professional supervision there are some risks associated with the close physical contact and energetic play afforded in our daycare. Dogs in our care may be susceptible to:
- Nicks, scrapes and punctures.
- Sore muscles and joints.
- Fatigue.
- Strained tendons and ligaments.
- Airborne viruses.
- Common colds.
Our primary goal is to provide a safe and healthy environment. Despite our stringent sanitation procedures, screening procedures and vaccinations requirements the risk of communicable disease still exists.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
a) We provide clean, safe, comfortable bedding, blankets and toys.
b) To help with separation anxiety, you may bring in a blanket, T-Shirt or similar item from home. We will make every effort to return items in the condition in which they arrived. Please be aware that due to the open, off-leash atmosphere irreparable damage to these articles may occur.
GENERAL
a) All dogs must be on a leash and wear a sturdy collar while being transported to and from our facility.
b) Dogs in our lobby area must be on a leash.
c) We reserve the right to refuse admittance of any dog for any reason at any time.
d) Our prices, policies, procedures, services and business hours are subject to availability and may change without notice.
e) We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
