Q. Are you open to the public?
A. Not yet. We are still working to ensure that our facility meets your exacting standards.

Q. When will you be open?
A. Our much anticipated Spring opening has been delayed secondary site selection and facility construction. Starbarks will not compromise on the quality boarding experience our energetic dogs deserve and our exacting clients demand. We have postponed or grand opening until late summer. Our facility will be five-star, as promised, the first time around!

Q. What are your hours of operation?
A. Our tentative schedule is:
Daycare: Monday to Saturday.
Boarding: Monday to Sunday; after hours and weekend check-in/out by appointment.
Training: Schedules to be determined; one-on-one sessions available by appointment.
Grooming: Monday to Saturday.
Times will be finalized prior to opening.

Q. What are your prices?
A. Prices vary by service (boarding, daycare, grooming and training) and will be finalized prior to opening. Our luxury boarding suites are designed to accommodate dogs comfortably by size & weight.

Q. Are there any restrictions?
A. Yes. All dogs must be assessed for overall health and temperament by our Master Trainer prior to admission. Some dogs may be restricted based on the results of their assessment.

Q. May I tour your facility before leaving my dog there?
A. Absolutely! Upon opening, customers may tour our facility and observe operations prior to enrolling their dogs. Tours will be arranged by appointment.
